Failed generation

A confirmed failed generation returns its consumed credits automatically to the same account. This is a credit reversal, not a cash refund. Temporary delay or email failure alone does not mean a video generation failed.

Completed videos

A completed video uses credits. AI faces, gestures and expressions can vary. If a result is clearly broken or a paid video cannot be delivered, contact support with the task identifier so we can review the result and offer a correction, credit return or other appropriate resolution.

Payment problems and unused packs

Contact support promptly for duplicate charges, an incorrect charge or missing purchased credits. If you want a refund for an unused pack, submit the order number and account email, normally within 14 days. We review usage and payment status before deciding; credits already consumed generally cannot be refunded in cash unless required by law. An approved refund removes the associated unused credits.

No recurring payment

Tiny Desk packs are one-time purchases. There is no subscription to cancel. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.
